How do I know if my watch needs repair or just a new battery?
If a quartz watch stopped suddenly, the battery is the most common reason. If it still doesn't work after a new battery, or if hands are loose or the crown is broken, it needs a repair. We check it at the counter and tell you which one it is.
Do you repair watches of all brands?
We repair most everyday brands, including Titan, Sonata, Fastrack, Casio, Timex, Maxima and HMT. For some luxury watches, or watches that need original parts only the brand supplies, we may recommend the brand's authorised service centre.
How long does a watch repair take?
Small jobs are often done the same day. Repairs that need a part can take longer, and we'll give you a realistic time when you drop the watch off.
